SalonSight™ Terms of Use

These Terms describe the conditions for using SalonSight and the responsibilities of salons and professional users.

Use of SalonSight

SalonSight is a software service designed to support salon operations, professional color workflows, client records, inventory, and optional scheduling. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and using the service only for lawful business purposes.

Professional judgment

SalonSight may provide AI-assisted assessments, formula suggestions, workflow guidance, or other recommendations. These features are decision-support tools only. The licensed salon professional remains responsible for evaluating the client, verifying product instructions, reviewing formulas, performing strand or allergy testing when appropriate, and making the final professional decision.

Accounts and salon data

Users may only access salon, client, employee, and connected-service information they are authorized to use. Salon owners and authorized administrators are responsible for configuring staff permissions and for ensuring that information entered into SalonSight is handled consistently with applicable privacy and employment requirements.

Third-party services

SalonSight may connect with third-party services such as email, messaging, payment, appointment, or social-media platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Availability of an integration may change if a third-party provider changes its service or permissions.

Availability and changes

SalonSight may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Reasonable efforts are made to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Ownership

SalonSight™, its software, branding, site content, and related materials are owned by Strecker Process & Control Solutions LLC or its licensors except where otherwise stated. Users retain responsibility for the salon and client information they are authorized to enter into the service.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, SalonSight is provided without warranties beyond those expressly agreed in writing. SalonSight and Strecker Process & Control Solutions LLC are not responsible for professional-service outcomes, product reactions, color results, or losses caused by a user’s failure to independently review and apply professional judgment.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated as SalonSight changes. Continued use of the service after an updated version is posted indicates acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
